With AchieveAble, every session is securely recorded and reviewed by our Safety Screen technology to ensure interactions are appropriate and language remains respectful at all times.

All communication is regularly monitored, and if anything inappropriate is detected, it is immediately flagged and communicated to you.

Parent Only Communication

Other than an email address for login purposes, no contact information is ever collected from your child. All communication is handled exclusively with parents to safeguard your child’s privacy.

Secure, Facilitated and Supervised Lessons

All group lessons are facilitated and closely supervised by our educators, ensuring children are never left unsupervised with peers.

Each lesson also uses a secure, exclusive video link to prevent unauthorised access.

Educator Safeguards and Checks

All our educators hold valid Working With Children Checks and National Police Checks, and complete thorough training before they begin teaching.

Minimal and Safe Data Collection

We only collect essential information about your child – limited to their first name, points level and reward preferences. This data is securely stored in AirTable, which is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, with access restricted to authorised staff only.

Open Door Sessions

You’re welcome to join your child’s session at any time using their AchieveAbe portal. All we ask for observing parents is to keep their microphone muted and camera off during lessons.
